The answer is 24.

[tex] \frac{8}{1} [/tex] ÷ [tex] \frac{1}{3} [/tex]

Flip the second fraction, then change the division into multiplication.
[tex] \frac{8}{1} [/tex] × [tex] \frac{3}{1} [/tex]
= [tex] \frac{24}{1} [/tex]
=24
