Slope is  - 9, y-intercept is 7.

f(x) = 3x - 5

g(x) = f(x+4) = 3(x+4) - 5= 3x + 12 - 5 = 3x + 7

h(x) = 3( - 3x) + 7 = - 9x + 7

h(x) = - 9x + 7

Slope of h(x) is  - 9, y-intercept is 7.
