diameter = 1.2 m, radius = 1.2/2 =0.6m

area of the semi-circle : πr²/2 = 22/7×0.6×0.6/2 = (22×0.6×0.6)/(7×2) = 7.92/14 = 0.565m².

Therefore, total area of the door : (0.565+2.52)m² = 3.085m².
