We are being asked of the location and function of the Chief Cells. Well, Cheif Cells is located and found in the basal regions of the gastric glands.Another thing is it can produce HCl which is a chemical term for Hydrochloric Acid. This HCl component is secreted by this gland which is located in humans stomach.
