Do we think chimpanzees have the capacity to learn languages? Why or why not?

Yes. As it is said that we evolved from such animals like chimpanzees. Some chimps have learned how to do things like a regular person anyway, I believe there is even a chimpanzee that uses sign language to communicate. With time and dedication I believe that chimpanzees have more than enough capacity to learn other languages.
